Welcome to our 25th Annual Summer School at Harbour Dance for dancers age 14 and up (for the kids class registration, please use our other form). To register online, please select from the classes below:

STEP 1: SELECT YOUR CLASSES
Click on the checkbox for each class you would like to participate in.

Level 1 is Beginner - Some experience an asset but not required.
Level 2 is Intermediate - At least 2 – 5 years of technical training depending on the class eg: Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary are more technical classes requiring formal training ( double pirouettes, clean jetes and jumps, floor work ). Hip Hop classes are less technical but level 2 would require dancers to be able to pick up choreography quickly, and be ready for a challenge.
Level 3 is Advanced - more than 5 years of technical training (intensively) no recreational eg: switch jetes, triple pirouettes, extensive floor work etc.

Musical Theatre is an Open Level class working on a production number from a Broadway Show (TBA) Singing and Dancing involved. Some dance experience required.

STEP 2: SELECT THE PAYMENT TOTAL
You must register in at least 2 classes per day, and a maximum of 5 classes per day. Count up the total weeks and number of classes each week to select the total payment required below:

SAVE 10%		4 + classes per day 10% discount
SAVE 15%		15% off full registration (3 weeks @ 4+ classes per day)

	•	You may register for a single week or up to all three weeks.
	•	$10 registration fee for all non-members
	•	All rates do not include HST
	•	VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS Cash, Certified Cheque (no personal cheques) or Interact for payment.
	•	Absolutely no refunds, unless accompanied by a doctors note and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
	•	There is a minimum of 2 CLASSES PER WEEK .

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY HARBOUR DANCE CENTRE

THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH HARBOUR DANCE CENTRE OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES. I wish to participate in a dance and/or fitness class at Harbour Dance Centre. As a condition of Harbour Dance Centre agreeing to allow me to participate in such a dance and/or fitness class, I hereby confirm and agree to the following: 1. I recognize that the dance and fitness classes of the type I intend to participate in at Harbour Dance Centre require physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. 2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any classes I attend at Harbour Dance Centre. I represent that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in any such fitness or dance class. 3. I agree to take full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages known or unknown which I incur, or may incur, as a result of participation in any class at Harbour Dance Centre. 4. I knowingly and voluntarily waive any and all claims I have, or may at any time in the future have, against Harbour Dance Centre or any of the instructors, agents, or employees, for any injury or damage that I sustain as a result of my participation in a class at the Harbour Dance Centre.

Note: there are absolutely no refunds, unless for medical reasons the student is unable to take class.
